For CartissimaQ8, simply leave your details by filling out the appropriate form to be contacted by our sales team. If you are interested in the rechargeable RecardQ8 card, you can register directly on the product's dedicated page.

1. Is CartissimaQ8 suitable for VAT number holders?
Yes, CartissimaQ8 is specifically designed for professionals and companies holding VAT numbers: it allows refueling of company vehicles without using cash, automatically receiving electronic invoices and keeping track of fleet refueling.

2. Does CartissimaQ8 work abroad?
Currently no, but CartissimaQ8 will soon be operational abroad as well. Stay updated by consulting our channels to learn more.

3. How does CartissimaQ8 work?
The CartissimaQ8 fuel card allows you to pay for refueling, with a delay, at enabled stations and automatically receive an electronic invoice.

4. Who can request the CartissimaQ8 fuel card?
All VAT number holders, active for at least one year, can request CartissimaQ8.

5. How to request CartissimaQ8?
Requesting CartissimaQ8 is very simple: just leave your details by filling out the appropriate form to be contacted by our sales team.

6. How much does CartissimaQ8 cost?
CartissimaQ8 offers four packages, designed for the needs of professionals, small, medium, and large companies. To find out which plan is best suited for your fleet and the cost of CartissimaQ8, contact our sales team through the dedicated form.

7. Where is CartissimaQ8 accepted?
CartissimaQ8 is accepted at many service stations across the territory. Consult the map to find the nearest distributors enabled for payments with CartissimaQ8.

8. If I replace my CartissimaQ8, does the PIN also change?
Yes, for security reasons a new PIN will be provided along with the new card.

 

9. What is CartissimaWeb?

 

It is the Private Area dedicated to holders of CartissimaQ8. Depending on the type of plan subscribed, it offers various features such as:

  • Virtual cards and digital payments
  • Transaction monitoring and card management
  • Viewing and customizing PIN codes
  • Creating multiple personalized accounts
  • Innovative security tools to keep track of your refueling

 

10. How do I access the CartissimaWeb portal?
To manage your company fleet autonomously, register on the dedicated page by entering customer code, VAT number, and email address.

11. I have subscribed to a CartissimaQ8 contract. How do I access CartissimaWeb?
Once the CartissimaQ8 contract is finalized, we will send you an email with the registration link for CartissimaWeb. If you have not received it, you can still proceed independently from the Registration page to CartissimaWeb. If you have already completed the registration process, you can access CartissimaWeb by logging into the Private Area of the Q8.it website.

12. How can I change the password for my CartissimaQ8 account?
You can modify or recover your CartissimaQ8 password on the dedicated page: https://www.flotte.Q8.it/cartissimaQ8/pwdReset.

13. How can I make CartissimaQ8 a virtual card?
You can make CartissimaQ8 virtual through the CartissimaWeb portal, if your plan includes it. All cards, even existing ones, are available in a virtual version and therefore allow digital payments.

14. Come posso fare per avere informazioni sullo stato del mio contratto per CartissimaQ8?
Ti terremo aggiornato sullo stato del tuo contratto: non appena le carte ti verranno inviate, riceverai una notifica via e-mail con il tracking number (lettera di vettura) per controllare lo stato della spedizione direttamente sul sito di TNT o sul portale online CartissimaWeb.

15. How can I block my CartissimaQ8?

 

You can promptly block your CartissimaQ8 fuel card in three ways:

 

  • If your plan includes it, directly from the CartissimaWeb portal, in the Cards section, with the Block/Unblock card option.
  • By calling the toll-free number 800 01 08 08, available 24/7, with operator support from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Through the CartissimaQ8 App for iOS and Android devices.

16. How can I change the PIN of my CartissimaQ8?
It is only possible for Executive clients, who in addition to viewing PINs linked to their cards and drivers, can change them at any time, choosing between disposable and personalized PINs.

17. How to request electronic invoicing with CartissimaQ8?
You can request electronic billing or request a copy of the paper invoice by sending an email to CartissimaQ8 Customer Service: flotte@Q8.it. Or through the Q8 portal by entering the data of the receipts collected.

18. Can I replace my CartissimaQ8?
If your plan includes it, you can replace your CartissimaQ8 directly from the Private Area by selecting and blocking the existing card and choosing the reissue option. Alternatively, you can always send a request to flotte@Q8.it.

19. Can I change the license plate linked to my CartissimaQ8?
Yes, if you have personalized the card with an identifier (name, wording, etc.) during the request, you can proceed with changing the license plate without replacing the card itself.

20. What can I do if my CartissimaQ8 card does not work?
You can contact Customer Service by sending an email to flotte@Q8.it or by calling 800 01 08 08. In addition, you can block your card, specifying the reason for the block, and request a replacement through the CartissimaWeb portal.

21. How do I unlock my CartissimaQ8 if I entered the wrong PIN?
If you have entered the wrong PIN three times in a row, your CartissimaQ8 will be blocked for an hour. After an hour, the card will automatically unlock and it will be possible to make other transactions. After the ninth incorrect entry, i.e., 9 keystrokes, your card will be permanently blocked and you will need to request a new CartissimaQ8.

22. Can I request additional CartissimaQ8 cards?
If your plan includes it, in the cards section of the Private Area, you can request additional CartissimaQ8 cards.

 

23. I would like to give access to the CartissimaWeb portal to an employee, how can I do it?

 

If your plan includes it, through the CartissimaQ8 Private Area you can create 3 different types of accounts:

  • Administrator, i.e., a user account identical to the main one, accessing all the features provided by the subscribed plan.
  • Profiled, i.e., an administrative user account to which you can assign specific features (this cannot access the App).
  • Driver, i.e., a user account dedicated to your drivers: you can assign them up to 20 cards that they can monitor and use for digital payments both from the App and the web.

 

24. Where can I see the limit of my CartissimaQ8?
The limit and the remaining credit of the card are visible in the card details both in the Private Area of the site and from the CartissimaQ8 App available for iOS and Android devices.

25. In my Private Area, I see features with a padlock; how can I activate them?
To activate a feature not included in your plan, just click on activate. The four available plans are Light, Pro, Premium and Executive.

26. How to cancel CartissimaQ8?
To terminate the contract write to us at flotte@Q8.it: we will give you all the necessary information.

27. What is RecardQ8?
RecardQ8 is the prepaid and rechargeable fuel card from Q8, which guarantees a safe, fast, and reliable payment system and is available in two versions, Business and Coupon.

28. Who can request RecardQ8?

RecardQ8 is dedicated to businesses and professionals with VAT numbers, as well as to public administrations.

29. How to request RecardQ8?
To request RecardQ8, as a new customer, just enter the Request RecardQ8 section and complete the online form in all its sections.

30. How does RecardQ8 work?
RecardQ8 is a prepaid and rechargeable fuel card that works like an ATM to pay for fuel refills. Just enter the secret PIN in the acceptor to pay for refills at Q8 and Q8easy distributors.

31. How can I activate RecardQ8?
Register in the reserved area dedicated to RecardQ8 services, make the first account recharge and once your Wallet balance is updated, request, according to your needs, a RecardQ8 card (Coupon or Business). Once you receive the card, recharge it. Now, it’s ready for use.

32. What are the benefits of RecardQ8?
RecardQ8allows for fast and secure fuel payments, with automatic issuance of electronic invoices, useful for tax purposes for VAT recovery.

33. How much does RecardQ8 cost? 

 

Since does RecardQ8 is a prepaid and rechargeable card, it does not involve additional costs.

 

34.  What is the difference between RecardQ8 Business and RecardQ8 Coupon?

  • RecardQ8 Business is a rechargeable fuel card intended for entities that use the card for business purposes and therefore require a periodic summary invoice of the transactions to allow for VAT recovery. The card can be personalized with the company name and license plate number.
  • RecardQ8 Coupon, on the other hand, is a rechargeable fuel card that represents an advanced solution for incentive and promotion programs. It does not include a periodic invoice of the transactions made. The card cannot be personalized with the company name and license plate number.

35. Are different contracts required for RecardQ8 Business and RecardQ8 Coupon?
No, upon signing the contract, a customer account will be created with which you can request both cards and assign credit to the requested cards.

 

36. How can I change the password for my RecardQ8 account?
You can change or recover your Q8Q8 account password through the dedicated page: https://www.flotte.Q8.it/Q8Q8/pwdReset

37. How can I create a device code to use RecardQ8?
 You can generate your device code from your Reserved Area by selecting the Profile section, Device Code.

38. What is the RecardQ8 customer account?
 The RecardQ8 customer account is a virtual wallet (electronic Wallet) generated from deposits made by the customer.

39. How do I recharge my RecardQ8?
RecardQ8 can be recharged through the RecardQ8 App or from the Reserved Area on the website. To recharge it, you can use a credit card, cash, bank transfer, PayPal, and MyBank.

40. Where can I us RecardQ8?
 can be used at Q8 and Q8easy enabled distributors, check the map of distributors where you can pay with RecardQ8.

41. Where can I see my RecardQ8 device code?

 

You can view your device code from your Reserved Area by selecting the Profile section, Device Code.

 

42. How can I request additional RecardQ8 cards?
You can request more RecardQ8 Cards by accessing the Customer Area and visiting the Cards section.

43. Do RecardQ8 cards expire?
RecardQ8 Cards are valid for up to 24 months from the first credit assignment or, in the case of subsequent assignments, from the last recharge made.

44. How do I move credit from the account to the cards and vice versa?
You can assign credit to one or more RecardQ8 cards or obtain a credit reversal on a single card. To do this, a device code is needed, which can be changed or regenerated in your Reserved Area, in the Profile, Device Code section.

45. Can I personalize RecardQ8 cards with the company name and license plate number?
You can only personalize RecardQ8 Business cards, not RecardQ8 Coupon cards.

46. Can I request cards before recharging the customer account?
No, before requesting RecardQ8 cards, you need to have credit on the customer account.

47. Can I transfer credit from one RecardQ8 card to another?
You can transfer credit from card X to card Y in the following way:

  • Transfer the credit from card X back to the customer account;
  • Assign the credit from the customer account to card Y.

48. How many RecardQ8cards can I request?
The number of cards you can request is determined by the relationship between the credit on the account and the minimum assignment limit set for each type of card (€20 for RecardQ8 Business and €50 for RecardQ8Coupon). Example:

  • With a customer account balance of €100.00, the number of RecardQ8Business cards that can be requested is 5 (100/20);
  • With a customer account balance of €100.00, the number of RecardQ8 Coupon cards that can be requested is 2 (100/50).

49. How long does it take from the recharge operation to the actual availability of the credit?

In case of recharging the RecardQ8 with a credit card, the operation is instant. In case of deposit through bank transfer, the amount will be credited only upon a confirmation of the successful completion of the bank transfer within the timeframes established by the bank (known as 'technical delay'), over which Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A.has no control.

50. What are the Q8 apps for managing Fuel Cards?
Q8 offers its Business customers two applications for managing Fuel Cards: the Cartissima App and the RecardQ8 App; both are available on the App Store (for iOS) and Play Store (for Android).

51. How can I install the Cartissima App?
The Cartissima App can be installed from the App Store on iOS smartphones and from the Google Play Store for phones with Android operating system.

52. How can I install the RecardQ8 App?
The RecardQ8 App can be installed on iPhones from the App Store and on phones with Android operating system from the Google Play Store.

53. How does the Cartissima App work?
The Cartissima App is an application that allows you to manage fuel cards and monitor your refueling. And if your account is enabled, it allows you to make digital payments through the Q8Pay feature.

54. How does the RecardQ8 app work?
The RecardQ8 App is the application that allows you to manage the rechargeable Recard Business and Coupon fuel cards.

55. How do I log in on the Cartissima App?
To log in, just access the App and enter your username (email address) and password; please note that the App access is not allowed for profiled accounts. However, the website www.q8.it is easily accessible from any account, even from a smartphone.
