It is a prepaid rechargeable card that can be used for filling up at Q8 service stations.
Upon signing the RecardQ8 contract, an electronic customer account (e-wallet) will be created with multiple top-up methods (credit cards, cash, Paypal, MyBank and bank transfer). The customer can manage the cards independently and move credit from the account to the cards.
For each recharging of the account, the customer will receive a debit note not liable to VAT, upon explicit request that must be made before fulfilling the operation.
No customisation of the card is possible.

The PIN is known only to the holder, and is essential to enable transactions. Personal device code to assign credit to cards.
