From 1 January 2019, electronic invoicing will be required to recover VAT on fuel supplies.
With this new feature, foreseen by the European Directive 2014/55/EU and introduced in Italy with the 2018 finance law, the old fuel card is abolished.
To request an electronic invoice through our Q8 portal, you will need to register your company or VAT number, fill in the form with the required data and enter the details of all the receipts received.
We also remind you that the service is valid only at authorized service stations.

For service stations not on the map, the electronic invoice must be requested directly from the manager.
For the purposes of VAT recovery, we remind you to use traceable payment methods (credit cards, debit cards or our RecardQ8 business).
