5. Can I load Star Points for all refuelings at any point of sale?

No, Star Points can only be loaded at StarQ8 participating Points of Sale, identifiable by the displayed promotional material, for both serviced and self-service fueling.

6. If the POS at the Q8 Service Station is not working, will I not receive Star Points? Y

You can ask the manager directly for a receipt with the corresponding points for the purchase. Later, you can return to the same point of sale to request Star Points.

1. What are Star Points for?

Star Points can be used to redeem rewards from Q8 Catalog  and to obtain discounts on fuel supplies. These points are credited for every fuel purchase at participating Q8 and Q8easy stations or when buying Q8 Oils lubricants, making online purchases on Shop&Reward, and taking advantage of active offers with our Partners. 2. How do I accumulate Star Points with self-service refueling?

It is straightforward to collect Star Points with self-service refueling at Q8 (during closing hours) and Q8easy service stations. With self-service, you will accumulate:

• 1 Star Point for every 2 L of fuel 

• 2 Star Points for every 2 L of Q8 Hi Perform.

3. How can I speed up my Star Point collection?

You can accelerate your Star Points collection in the following ways:

• By refueling in Serviced mode and activating the dedicated monthly promo in the ClubQ8 App

• Through our Shop&Reward program

• Accumulating points through active offers with our Partner Accelerators

• Making purchases at participating SVOLTA shops

• With car washes at participating Easy Wash Q8 locations

4. How do I collect Star Points?

You can collect Star Points by refueling at participating Q8 stations. Depending on your spending, Star Points will be credited directly to your CardXXX. You can verify the Star Points credit directly on the receipt issued by the POS. 

Star Points can also be collected by purchasing Q8 Oils lubricants, making online purchases on Shop&Reward, and taking advantage of active offers with our Partners

7. Can I convert star points into fuel?

With the "Convert and Recharge" feature, you can convert points on your card into credit (in denominations of 430 points, 860 points, 1,290 points, 2,580 points) and recharge it in denominations of 100€ or 200€. You can convert points through the ClubQ8 App by accessing your reserved area on this site or by contacting your manager at an enabled Q8 service station.

8. I requested a points conversion on CardQ8 or Q8 Customer Code from one of Q8's partners, but I could not find the credited points. Why?

It may not have been enough time since the request. In fact, the time required for crediting Star Points in a conversion may vary depending on the partner; for more information, please refer to the regulations.

9. Can I transfer my points to someone else’s card?

Yes, to do this, go to a StarQ8 participating Point of Sale and ask the manager directly to perform a 'points transfer' transaction on the POS. The operation is subject to the following limits:

• You can make a maximum of 2 transfers per year

• You can transfer a maximum of 5,000 points per transfer

10. Where can I see Q8 Catalog  rewards?

You can view the rewards in Q8 Catalog directly on the dedicated page on q8.it or through the ClubQ8 App for iOS and Android.

11. What are the delivery times for Q8 Catalog rewards?

From October 2021, you can receive your reward directly at home, with fast Amazon delivery included.

12. How do I pay the cash contribution for requesting certain rewards?

The cash contribution, if applicable, must be paid at the time of booking the reward. Payment of the contribution, even if made to the manager at Q8 service stations, must always be made with a debit or credit card.

13. I tried to book a reward online, but the payment was rejected. What can I do?

If the payment is repeatedly rejected, we recommend contacting your bank’s customer service.

14. How can I request a reward from Q8 Catalog?

You can request and book Q8 Catalog rewards in two different ways:

• At participating Q8 service stations, a reward request is made by the manager via the POS by entering a specific reward code.

• Through this site or the ClubQ8 App for iOS and Android.

15. What is the expiration date of the Star Points?

 Accumulated Star Points will expire on September 30, 2023. For further information, please refer to the regulations. 

16. How can I check the balance of my Star Points?

By accessing the Reserved Area on this site or the ClubXXX App for iOS and Android. You can also request a check of your Star Points balance from your manager at a participating Q8 service station. 

The points balance will always be shown on the receipt issued by the manager for points loading or any other POS operation.

17. Why was the accumulated points balance reset?

The points balance is reset if no fuel loading operations are performed on CardQ8 or through your ClubQ8 Customer Code for digital cards for 24 consecutive months.

18. What is "Shop&Reward," and how does it work?

Shop&Reward is a service offered to ClubQ8 loyalty program members that provides the opportunity to accumulate additional Star Points with the purchase of products/services on Q8 partner websites. You can access Shop&Reward from this site or the ClubQ8 App for iOS and Android.

19. How long does it take to earn Star Points for a Shop & Reward purchase?

Star Points will be displayed on your points balance as "pending," generally within 48 h, while you will need to wait for the technical confirmation times from the brand where you made your purchases. In the case of purchases on travel sites, points are usually confirmed within 30 days of the check-out date, while for purchases of items, it is always necessary to wait for the return times guaranteed by the brand, but the times can vary depending on the partner and the type of purchase. In any case, the points will be usable after the expiration of the return terms.
