Q8 Quaser Central North Division’s Heat Management Service consists of offering the following services to our customers, mainly condominiums with central heating:
• Energy Service:
complete management of heating systems; The service includes the sale of energy through the use of fuel, including the normal and extraordinary operation and maintenance of heating systems, as well as the allocation of heating costs.
• Operation and maintenance service of:
heating systems, district heating systems, air conditioning systems and autoclave systems
• Technological upgrading works:
conversion to gas of thermal power plants with multi-year contracts in amortization.
• Reclamation, Cleaning and Sanitization Service of:
