Upon signing your RecardQ8 contract, an electronic customer account (e-wallet) will be created for you. You can recharge in a number of ways; whether a credit cards, Paypal, bank transfer or directly with cash. Request new cards anytime you want and manage your credit independently, moving it from your account to the RecardQ8 Business cards and viceversa.
A periodic summary invoice, suitable for VAT deduction, will include all your RecardQ8 Business transactions.
Each card can be customised with a vehicle registration number or user’s name; you can also choose which products to activate on them and set a shipping address for their delivery.
Now you can create accounts for your drivers and assign them cards or send them credit from your e-wallet so they can manage their accounts, cards and payments independently.
Add credit to your drivers’ cards through a secret PIN. Each RecardQ8 business card has a separate PIN needed to pay for fuel.
