CardQ8 card


1.What is the purpose of the CardQ8?

Every CardQ8 contains a Customer Code Q8, an 8-digit code that allows you to use ClubQ8 services. You can use CardQ8 or Customer Code Q8 to pay for refueling at Q8 service stations enabled for the service by activating the Wallet or Electronic Wallet Service and participate in promotional initiatives and contests. You will also receive a newsletter at the email address provided during registration to stay updated on ClubQ8 news and benefits. Finally, by joining the loyalty program, you can start collecting Star Points to redeem rewards from Catalog Q8 or fuel discount vouchers. If you join ClubQ8 through the ClubQ8 App or the Q8.it website, you will not have a physical CardQ8 but a digital one with a displayed Customer Code.


2.How to request the CardQ8 for point collection?

You can activate your virtual CardQ8 by downloading the ClubQ8 App or registering on the reserved area of the Q8.it website. Alternatively, you can go to an authorized Q8 service station and request a CardQ8 from your manager. On the card, you will find your ClubQ8 Customer Code, an 8-digit code that allows you to use ClubQ8 services. Registration is considered complete, and your ClubQ8 Code becomes active only after entering the Tax Code and phone number, which must be confirmed by entering the PIN received via SMS, and accepting the General Terms and Conditions.


3. How do I recharge my CardQ8 or Customer Code Q8?

You can recharge your CardQ8 or Customer Code Q8 at an enabled Q8 service station with the help of the manager or online by accessing the reserved area of this website and through the ClubQ8 App for iOS or Android. The minimum recharge amount is €20 and multiples of €10. Through the "Convert and Recharge" operation, you can convert your points into credit and recharge the CardQ8 or digital wallet, gaining additional benefits.

 


4. How does "Convert and Recharge" work?

With "Convert and Recharge," you can convert the points on your physical or digital card into credit (in denominations of 430 points, 860 points, 1,290 points, 2,580 points) and recharge it in denominations of €100 or €200 (if you recharge €100 or €200, you will be granted an additional amount in a fuel voucher). You can convert points through the ClubQ8 App, accessing your reserved area on this website, or asking your manager at an enabled Q8 service station.


10. Can I have multiple profiles and multiple CardQ8 cards?

No, because each CardQ8 has its own Customer Code Q8, and each Customer Code can be linked to only one tax code.


5. Can I use my physical CardQ8 as a virtual card?

Yes, all Q8 cards can be used as virtual cards. When entering the card number on the POS, you will be asked to enter the 8 digits of the ClubQ8 Code on the POS and confirm the operation by entering the PIN associated with the card.


6. I no longer have the PIN, what can I do?

You can go to an Q8 service station and ask your manager to perform a 'REGENERATE PIN' transaction using their POS. To proceed, you need to swipe your health card on the POS.


7. How can I block the CardQ8 or my ClubQ8 Customer Code?

You can block your CardQ8 in the following ways:

  • Directly on the POS at enabled Points of Sale, asking the manager to perform a 'card block' operation. To proceed, you must have your health card, which needs to be inserted into the POS at the Q8 service station. Subsequently, your CardQ8 and Customer Code will be blocked.

  • By calling the toll-free number 800 01 08 08, selecting the 'card block' option, and following the instructions.

  • Through the reserved area of this website or the ClubQ8 App for iOS or Android.

After blocking, to continue using ClubQ8 services, you will need to request a new CardQ8.


9. Can I transform my virtual CardQ8 into a physical card?

The only way to transform your virtual CardQ8 into a physical card is to block the virtual card and make a new subscription at an Q8 service station participating in the StarQ8 program. You can use the POS transaction to regenerate and retrieve the points and credit on the virtual card.


8. Can I have the same physical CardQ8 in both virtual and physical formats?

Yes, all physical CardQ8 cards can be used as virtual cards, referring to your 8-digit Customer Code on the back of the card.

11. What is ClubQ8, and how does it work?

ClubQ8 is a loyalty program that allows you to access a world of offers. By joining ClubQ8, you can also consent to participate in the StarQ8 program, allowing you to earn Star Points with your fuel refills and in many other ways. Star Points can be used to request rewards from Catalog Q8 or fuel discounts.


12. What is the Q8easy Club?

The Q8easy Club has been replaced by ClubQ8.


13. What is the Customer Identifying Code?

Upon joining the ClubQ8 program, you will be assigned a Customer Identifying Code. The code is used to access services such as digital payments.


14. How to join ClubQ8?

Joining ClubQ8 is simple and free. You can sign up through this website, ClubQ8 App for iOS or Android, or at authorized Points of Sale identified by the displayed promotional material. During registration, the Member is provided with a Customer Identifying Code or "ClubQ8 Customer Code" to use the services. Registration is considered complete, and the ClubQ8 Customer Code becomes active only after entering the Tax Code and phone number, which must be confirmed by entering the PIN received via SMS, and accepting the General Terms and Conditions.

15. How does registration work on the Q8.it website?

You can join the ClubQ8 program directly through the Q8.it website by following these steps:

  •  Fill out the registration form with your personal information.

  • Confirm the email address by clicking on the link received via email.

  • Confirm the phone number by entering the PIN received via SMS.

  • Once registration is complete, you will be provided with the ClubQ8 Customer Code.


16. How does registration work at Q8 service stations?

You can join ClubQ8 at one of the participating Q8 Points of Sale by requesting registration directly from the manager. Subsequently, you must follow these steps:

  1. Provide the necessary personal information for registration.

  2. Provide a phone number that you must confirm through the SMS you will receive.

  3. Swipe your health card on the POS. If you do not have your health card, find out how to proceed in the next question.

After registration, you will receive a physical CardQ8.


17. Can I join ClubQ8 if I don't have a health card (Tax Code)?

Yes, you can join ClubQ8 even without a health card in these ways. Just go to an authorized Point of Sale and request registration from the manager. After providing the phone number, you will receive a link via SMS. By accessing that link, you can complete the ClubQ8 registration.

This operation must be performed within 15 days, otherwise, the data will be deleted, and you will need to request registration again.


18. How can I change the privacy consents given during card activation?

You can modify your privacy consents directly in your reserved area on this website, through the ClubQ8 App for iOS or Android, or through the POS of a Point of Sale participating in StarQ8.


19. What happens if the manager activates my CardQ8 or my Customer Code Q8 with the wrong profile?

In case the manager activates the card with the wrong profile, you will need to proceed with the card block through one of these options:

  • Calling the toll-free number 800.01.08.08

  • Through the reserved area of this website

  • At an Q8 service station, through POS, using the health card to request the 'card block' function from the manager.

Afterward, you can request a new card at one of the participating Points of Sale. If you have already accumulated points on the wrong card, you will need to send an email to clientistar@Q8.it attaching a front/back copy of your ID, the number of the wrong card, and the number or copy of the new card to recover the points balance.


20. What happens if I don't confirm my phone number after registration?

You can confirm the phone number within 15 days of receiving the SMS. If you do not complete this operation, all data will be deleted, and you will need to request a new registration in the ClubQ8 program.


21. I changed my Tax Code, how can I update it?

It is not possible; you need to block the card and create a new one with the correct Tax Code. To recover Star Points and any credit on the blocked code, please send an email to clientistar@Q8.it with a copy of the ID, a copy of the old Tax Code, and the new Customer Code.


22. How can I change my phone number?

You can change your phone number directly with the help of the manager at an Q8 service station (only at authorized Points of Sale) or through the reserved area on this website or through the ClubQ8 App for iOS or Android, in the "Your Profile" section.


23. How can I participate in the StarQ8 Promotional Campaign?

To participate in the StarQ8 Promotional Campaign, you must be a ClubQ8 member.

By joining the StarQ8 promotion, you will receive Star Points every time you refuel or purchase lubricant at Q8 Points of Sale participating in the operation. The collected Star Points can be used to obtain fantastic rewards from Catalog Q8 and/or fuel discount vouchers.

StarQ8 Privilege


24. What happens if I become a Privilege customer?

As a Privilege customer, you have the opportunity to access many benefits and exclusive initiatives! You can earn more points from your purchases with Shop&Reward.

In addition, you will receive 200 Star Points for each reward from Q8 Catalog requested (except for NPH rewards and Gift Cards).

25. What are the qualifying Star Points to become a Privilege customer?

To obtain or maintain Privilege customer status, you must accumulate 4,000 Star Points from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024. You can earn Star Points by presenting your CardQ8 or Customer Code Q8 for the purchase of:

  • Fuel at Q8 service stations

  • Shop&Reward Program

  • SVOLTA Shop

  • Easy Wash Q8

  • Activities and promotional initiatives


26. How to become a Privilege customer?

Once you have reached the required Star Points, you will receive a communication confirming the transition to Privilege status, and you can also see it as a printed message on the POS transaction receipt at an Q8 service station.

You can request the Privilege card at Points of Sale participating in the operation. After requesting the new card, you will receive a new PIN associated with the new card number via SMS.


27. If I don't have the physical CardQ8, can I receive the Privilege card?

If you are a digital customer and do not have a physical ClubQ8 card, you cannot request the Privilege card. The status will be automatically associated with your digital Customer Code, allowing you to enjoy the benefits and advantages of the status.


28. Is it mandatory to request the new card to enjoy Privilege services?

No, changing the card is not mandatory. You can enjoy the fantastic reserved benefits even without having requested the Privilege Card. The status will be automatically associated with your Customer Code.

29. I lost the Privilege card. Can I request another one?

  • Yes, you can request a new card by following these steps:

  • Block the lost card through the personal area or through the ClubXX App for iOS or Android.

  • Activate a new red CardXX. 

  • Request again the transition from the red CardXX to the Privilege card. On the card, you will find your ClubXX Customer Code, an 8-digit code that allows you to use ClubXX services.
