4. How can I unlock the pump directly from the app with the Click&Fuel service?

 Using your smartphone, you can unlock the pump of the Q8 distributors in just a few steps:

1.    Activate geolocation and confirm the station or, alternatively, request a payment code

 2.    Indicate the refueling value and choose the dispenser (if the Q8 point is not enabled, you will be shown a code for payment)

 3.    Unlock the pump and start refueling

 4.    You will receive a digital receipt by email    

5. What payment methods are available in the App?

 You can pay for your refuelling with the credit in your Wallet or with a direct payment with:

1.    Bank cards (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard)

 2.    Apple Pay e Google Pay  

6. How do I top up my in-app Wallet?

You can top up your Wallet with PayPal, bank card (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer or cash from the service station manager.

7.            How do I add an in-app payment method?

 To add PayPal or a bank card as a payment method, follow these steps:

1.    Click on "More"

 2.    Click Payment Wallet.

 3.    Select "Add Method"

 4.    Choose the desired payment method between "Credit Card" and "PayPal"

5.    Enter the required information to set up your payment method    

8. How can I top up my Wallet by bank transfer?

 1.    On the home page of the App, click on E-Wallet and top up (top right)

 2.    Choose the amount of top-up

 3.    Choose "bank transfer" as your top-up method

 4.    Enter your account IBAN number

 5.    Agree to the terms and conditions

 6.    Click on "continue", from here the authentication and payment procedure of your bank will be opened      

9. How do I pay for refueling with the ClubQ8 App?

 Once geolocation is enabled, you can pay for refueling via the ClubQ8 App with these simple steps:

1.    Log in to the APP and click on the PAY icon

 2.    Choose your desired payment method from those available

 3.    Choose the amount of the refueling and you will get a payment code

 4.    Type the code on the gas station

 5.    Refuel     

11. How do I claim the ClubQ8 catalogue rewards directly in the app?

 Claiming rewards with StarsQ8 points in the app is easy and takes just a few clicks:

1.    Access the rewards catalog from the App

 2.    Select your desired prize

 3.    Click on request

 4.    Please enter your delivery address

If the chosen reward is a Gift Card, you will need to enter the OTP code to download the reward.    

12. How can I convert my Star Points into fuel vouchers?

 If you want to convert the points obtained from the collection of points into fuel vouchers, you can do so with just a few clicks:

1.    Access the More menu of the ClubQ8 App

 2.    Click on "Convert Star Points to Credit"

 3.    Choose how many points you want to convert into vouchers

 4.    At this stage, you can choose to top up your Wallet to receive a larger voucher

13. How can I speed up the collection of points using the Shop&Reward service?

 The Shop&Reward service turbocharger your points collection with offers dedicated to you. To conveniently speed up your Q8 points collection from the Q8 Club App, follow these steps:

1.    Go to the Shop&Reward section

 2.    Click on "visit the store" of the offer you are interested in

 3.    Without leaving the selection site, proceed to your purchases

 4.    Star Points will be accumulated if you leave the site after completing your purchase
