Requalification of the thermal power plant

Integrated Management of Facilities

We take on the role of Third Party Responsible in the complete and safe management of heating and cooling systems, including operational management and maintenance interventions. In case of an existing energy supply agreement (with Q8 or another supplier), we offer two different Energy Packages.

  • Management, operation, and maintenance of heat and hot water production systems with an existing contract.
  • Management, operation, and maintenance of a multi-year contract for the requalification service with installment payment of energy efficiency services for the thermal power plant.

Heat distribution and metering

We provide the application of wireless heat allocators, which allow for remote measurement and division of consumption for each housing unit. These meters make it possible for the condominium administrator to read and verify consumption data with complete transparency without the need to access individual apartments.

Heat pump air conditioners

We take care of every step of the process of installing or upgrading a new air conditioning system:
