Q8 provides all employees with a fair salary that conforms to regulations and contractual agreements and is highly competitive in the labor market. Q8, among others, adheres to the theory that work of equal value should be paid equally, for example, between women and men, and makes its decisions regarding the career advancement of employees solely on the basis of the skills, experience, and professional potential that people have and the results achieved.

Q8 ensures flexible working hours in accordance with the rules. In fact, it promotes a healthy and balanced management of work and life. For this reason, it has internally disseminated a sustainable job guide, a set of theories and best practices to improve the relationship between colleagues, the interactions between business lines and company departments, and the planning and management of working days. In addition, Q8 provides adequate compensation for overtime paid by its employees in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and collective bargaining agreements.

In order to respect and protect human rights, Q8 is constantly committed to identifying, assessing, preventing and mitigating risks and, in order to achieve the objectives set, it implements various measures, such as, for example, raising awareness among its employees in order to ensure full respect for human rights and responsible management of the supply chain.

 

Principles

Q8, with the aim of immediately identifying violations, risks, and negative impacts on human rights, allows employees to report any wrongdoing of which they have become aware during their work activity. An IT platform accessible to all employees and managed by a third-party outsourcer, as well as a set of rules to protect those who make reports, guarantee the highest level of confidentiality of reports.
