Agreement between Shell and Kuwait Petroleum International for the transfer of the SHell Network, Aviation, Supply and Distribution business in Italy

Shell and Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI) today announce that their respective subsidiaries have reached an agreement for the sale of shareholdings in companies operating in the Shell Network, Aviation, Supply and Distribution businesses in Italy. The sale is subject to the approval of the Italian Competition Authority and is expected to be completed by 2014.
