Dispensing failure and refund code
If you encounter problems with a Q8 distributor, this section provides all the information on refunds in the case of non-disbursement.
Have you had a missed disbursement?
You have received the receipt
Check the redemption code on the receipt
If the code is 15 digits, go to one of the enabled Q8 stations and recover your credit by communicating the code to the operator or by typing it in the column.

Non hai ricevuto lo scontrino
Seleziona la Stazione Q8 dove si è verificata la mancata erogazione cliccando qui
Se il Punto Vendita Q8 è abilitato, verrai reindirizzato alla compilazione del form di richiesta rimborso digitale.
Se non è abilitato, dovrai recarti presso la stessa Stazione Q8 e recuperare il tuo credito con il supporto del gestore.

You have received the receipt, but it is not legible
Select the Q8 Station where the dispensing failure occurred by clicking here.
If the Q8 Point of Sale is enabled, you will be redirected to the digital refund request form.
If it is not enabled, you will have to go to the same Q8 Station and recover your credit with the support of the operator.
The code on the receipt is not working
