      Check the Q8 station map to find the nearest station. The map is also available within the ClubQ8 and CartissimaQ8 Apps, which you can conveniently access from your smartphone.

  • What are the opening hours of Q8 stations?

      Q8 stations offer full-service refueling during opening hours and self-service refueling after hours. The opening and closing hours vary for each Q8 station, so check the Q8 station map for more details. Q8easy stations, however, are open 24/7 and always offer self-service refueling.

  • What is the difference between Q8 and Q8easy?

      Q8easy stations are self-service only, available 24 hours a day, and do not offer full-service refueling. Q8 stations, on the other hand, have staff available during opening hours for full-service refueling and assistance during your visit.

  • Where can I refuel with methane?

      Q8 has a network of stations across Italy that offer methane refueling. Check the methane station map to find the nearest one. 

  • Where can I refuel with LPG?

Self-Service Partial or Failed Refueling

  • How do I request a refund for a failed self-service refueling?

      If a self-service refueling fails, a receipt is automatically issued within 2 minutes, which you can use to pay for a new refueling. You can find all necessary information at www.Q8.it/rimborsi.

  • How do I request a refund for a failed refueling at a Q8easy station?

      If there's a problem with a refueling at Q8easy stations, a receipt will be issued within about 2 minutes, which can be used for a new refueling. More details are available at www.Q8.it/rimborsi.

  • The refueling didn't work and no receipt was issued, what should I do?

  • A receipt was issued. How do I get a refund?

      Go to www.Q8.it/rimborsi to check which service stations allow you to use the refund code.

  • I entered the refund code, but it says it's incorrect. What should I do?

      Visit www.Q8.it/rimborsi and follow the instructions, or call the toll-free number 800 01 08 08, available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

  • What should I do in case of a partial refueling?

      If you paid in cash and there was a partial refueling, a non-delivery receipt will be automatically issued within 6 minutes of starting the refueling or after replacing the pump nozzle. You can use this receipt for a refund of the undelivered amount. If you paid with a debit card, credit card, or PayPal, the charged amount will always match the actual fuel dispensed, so you won't be charged more than the amount of fuel delivered.
