Safety Behind the Wheel Starts with the Quality of Your Sleep

Let’s Open Our Eyes to Sleep Disorders

In Italy, 80% of accidents are attributed to human error, with a significant portion due to excessive drowsiness. This is a critical factor that can't be overlooked. Today, Q8 and Assirem—Italian Association for Research and Education in Sleep Medicine—are launching the campaign "Dormire bene per guidare meglio" ("Sleep Well to Drive Better"). This project aims to raise awareness through various initiatives and informational tools, which will be available both on this website and at Q8 service stations.

Tell me how you sleep, and I’ll tell you what kind of driver you are

Answer the questions in the test developed by Assirem specialists in collaboration with Nomisma, and you'll receive your driver risk profile based on the quality of your sleep.
