Manage the charging of your electric car directly from the App. Thanks to the new ClubQ8 service, it is indeed possible to use the App for charging electric cars easily, directly from your smartphone.

Open the ClubQ8 App and go to the Store Locator or click on PAY

Choose an available charging station

If you are already in front of the charging station, use the QR code to book it and speed up the process.
You can filter by:

Type of plug
Power of the plug
Available charging station

You will also be able to choose the plug that suits your needs.

Select a payment method

You can choose to pay with Satispay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank card, or Postepay. Before proceeding with the charging, an amount of €100 will be pre-authorized to verify the actual availability in your account or on your card.

Charge your electric car

Connect your car to the electric plug. The App will notify you of the charging status, the kW charged, the cost per kW, and the estimated total cost. Remember to move your car within 60 minutes of the charging operation's completion. Otherwise, you will incur additional charges for occupying the charging station beyond the necessary usage time. The ClubQ8 App will alert you with a notification and a timer for the start and duration of the "penalty time."
