StarQ8 Regulations – Rewards Programme

ART. 1 - PROMOTER
Oggetto
1.1 Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A. (hereinafter also "Kupit"), registered office at Viale Oceano Indiano 13, Rome, Tax Code 00435970587.
1.2 The rewards programme is run in partnership with Esselunga, Galileo Pro, Pirelli & C. Spa, QUIXA Assicurazioni SpA, and GRIMALDI EUROMED S.p.A.

ART. 2 - RECIPIENTS AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PRIZE PROMOTION
2.1 Participation in the "StarQ8" rewards programme (hereinafter "StarQ8 Programme") is reserved for all ClubQ8 members. Membership terms are described in the ClubQ8 General Terms and Conditions (Annex A). The following are excluded from participation: (i) managers of Q8 and Q8 easy service stations, their staff and family members; (ii) contractors of Q8 and Q8 easy service stations, their staff and family members.
2.2 The StarQ8 Programme operates throughout the territory of the Italian Republic.

ART. 3 - OBJECT OF THE PRIZE PROMOTION AND PROMOTIONAL MECHANISM
3.1 The StarQ8 Programme allows participants to collect points ("Star Points") when purchasing fuel or lubricants at participating Q8 branded outlets, or by taking part in specific promotional initiatives. Star Points are also awarded for purchases at SVOLTA shops located at Q8 service stations.
Collected Star Points can be redeemed for prizes and/or fuel vouchers, in accordance with the terms set out in these regulations.
3.2 The programme is national in scope and managed electronically via POS terminals and digital channels, using magnetic-stripe electronic cards (ClubQ8 Card) or customer identification codes received upon registration. The ClubQ8 card can also be used digitally by entering the associated code on the POS and entering the PIN provided at registration.
3.3 Upon joining StarQ8, customers must select either the "Driver" (Automobilista) or "Haulier" (Autotrasportatore) profile.
3.4 Participating outlets are identifiable by displayed promotional materials.

ART. 4 - DURATION OF THE PRIZE PROMOTION
The StarQ8 Promotion will run from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2026.
All points accumulated by September 30, 2026, and not used by that date, will expire and will no longer be valid.

ART. 5 - HOW TO COLLECT STAR POINTS
- If paying by cash or card: before payment, select 'codes or refund' – payment code on the dispenser and enter the ClubQ8 code.
- If paying with a ClubQ8 wallet or PayPal code: select 'codes or refund' on the dispenser and enter the ClubQ8 wallet or PayPal-generated code directly. In this case, prior entry of the ClubQ8 code is not required.
- If paying with the ClubQ8 card: recognition is automatic.
- The purchase must be completed online. All other payment methods (including cash on delivery) are excluded.
- Points are not earned for purchases of gift vouchers, merchandise vouchers, prepaid/value cards, Amazon credit, food products, or alcoholic beverages. Points are also not earned when subscribing to any of the following Amazon plans: Amazon Prime, Amazon Fresh, Amazon Business, Audible, Baby Wishlist, Kindle Unlimited, Prime Music, Prime Student, Prime Video, Wedding List, or Amazon "Subscribe & Save".
- Do not use discount codes.
- Enable cookies in your browser.
- Do not open other windows or internet browsers, as they may cancel the card number tracking.
- Disable any AdBlockers, as they prevent card number tracking.
- Ensure the last click before arriving on the partner's site to complete the purchase is made from Q8.it or the ClubQ8 App.
- If you receive an email from the partner to complete your purchase, remember to log back into Shop&Reward via the site or App: clicking directly on the partner's email will not earn points.
- Your shopping cart must be empty when you land on the partner's site.
- To make a new purchase, you must return to www.q8.it/clubq8/shop-reward.
- Points will not be credited in cases of fraudulent activity, failed purchases, cancelled bookings, or failure to check in at a booked property.
- Monthly fuel accumulation limit: 500 points.

5.1 Participants may collect Star Points by purchasing the products that are part of the StarQ8 Programme at participating outlets. The products and corresponding points are as follows:Point earning at Q8 branded stations for car and motorcycle drivers

(*) Bonus points are awarded only on self-service/attended refuels as shown above and only at Q8 stations participating in the StarQ8 Promotional Campaign.
(**) Small containers means packaging of 1 to 4 litres.
To receive bonus points (2 points on attended refuels of standard product and HVO+, and 4 points on attended refuels of Q8 Hi Perform), the customer must activate the 'double your points' promo monthly on the ClubQ8 App. This initiative is valid until 31/03/2025, subject to extension.
Bonus points do not apply to refuels at Q8 easy stations, with the exception of LPG refuels.
Point crediting at StarQ8 outlets for purchases via dispenser
Star Points for purchases via OPT (prepay) dispensers at Q8 outlets will be automatically credited to the points balance.
For points to be recognised on self-service prepay refuels, the ClubQ8 card or ClubQ8 code must be inserted before payment, following the on-screen instructions. Payment may be made in cash, by enabled credit card, or by debit card. Points are also recognised when using any payment method available on the ClubQ8 App or Q8 website. Points will not be awarded if fuel is paid for using a fuel voucher not generated by the ClubQ8 App or Q8.it website.
Point earning at Q8 branded stations for hauliers (vehicles over 35 quintals)
1 point Per FIVE LITRES of heavy diesel/HVO+ with a minimum refuel of 50 litres per transaction.
1 point Per FIVE kg of heavy methane with a minimum of 50 kg per transaction.
50 points Per litre of the following lubricants in small containers (*): Formula Advanced, Formula Advanced Diesel, Formula Plus, Formula Plus Diesel, Allroads 2T, City 2T, Class, GT Cruiser, Unimix 2T, and radiator fluids.
100 points Per litre of the following lubricants in small containers (*): Formula Elite C2, Formula Excel, Formula Excel Diesel, Formula Special, Formula Long Life, Formula Ultra, City Bike Ultra, Racing 2T, SBK.
(*) Small containers means packaging of 1 to 4 litres.
Point earning at Q8 easy stations for car and motorcycle drivers

Star Points for purchases via OPT (prepay) dispensers will be automatically credited. Before refuelling, the customer must identify themselves by entering their ClubQ8 customer code (available digitally or printed on the ClubQ8 card) or the payment code.
The procedure is as follows:
All customers must verify and confirm the entered code to complete the transaction and ensure points are correctly credited.
Point earning at Q8 easy stations for hauliers (vehicles over 35 quintals)
1 point Per 10 LITRES of heavy diesel/HVO+ with a minimum refuel of 50 litres per transaction.
Point earning for purchases at SVOLTA shops at Q8 branded stations (for both drivers and hauliers)
1 point Per euro spent at participating SVOLTA shops (excluding lubricants, which earn points as described above, and purchases from automatic beverage dispensers).
Point earning for purchases via Shop&Reward (for both drivers and hauliers)
1 point Per euro spent on one of the sites within the Shop&Reward programme.
2 points If you are a Privilege customer, per euro spent on one of the sites within the Shop&Reward programme*.
*Until 31.01.2025, subject to extension, on Amazon you earn 1 point per euro spent and 2 points per euro if you are a Privilege customer.
To earn points, simply log into your ClubQ8 account, click through to the partner's website, and complete your purchases online. Points typically appear on your balance within 48 hours of purchase. Points can be used after the return period expires, generally within 100 days of purchase confirmation (for partial returns, points will be credited after a longer period). For bookings on travel sites, points are typically usable 100 days after the last date on which the booking could be cancelled.
Secondary platforms and subdomains, such as sport.ticketone.it, tosc.it, and klarna.it, are considered independent platforms that the customer reaches independently of the main site, and therefore do not qualify for points. Delivery costs, purchase commissions, VAT and any other charges do not contribute to the points earned.

5 Star Points Per euro spent on a self-service car wash programme or token, paying by card or cash at the car wash OPT terminal.
50 Star Points Per attended wash (where the customer leaves the car with the attendant and pays at the end).
5.2 Participants are entitled to accumulate Star Points on each product purchase, subject to the following limits:
FUELS: Participants with the "Driver" profile may accumulate Star Points on refuels up to the following limits:
On the same day, refuels may not exceed 100 litres at the same outlet, and refuels may not be made at more than two outlets.
Reaching 100 points at a participating outlet will prevent further point earning at that same outlet on the following day.
Consecutive refuels are not permitted. A minimum of 50 minutes must elapse between one refuel and the next.
Participants with the "Haulier" profile may accumulate Star Points on refuels up to the following limits: 6,000 litres/month; 1,200 litres/day. Star Points are not awarded for refuels below 50 litres.

LUBRICANTS: Maximum monthly accumulation: 10 litres/month, 20 litres per year in the period 01/10/2024–30/09/2026 (combined mineral and synthetic).
SVOLTA SHOP PURCHASES: Maximum monthly accumulation: 150 points/day, 500 points/month, in the period 01/10/2025–30/09/2026.
Purchases and refuels exceeding the above limits do not qualify for Star Points.
5.3 Following each purchase, Star Points will be loaded onto the ClubQ8 card or associated with the participant's customer identification code, in accordance with the rates in Art. 5.1, via the POS terminals at the outlet. After the point-loading operation, the POS prints a receipt showing the number of Star Points credited in the last transaction, the total balance, and any communications from Kupit. If the participant pays using the ClubQ8 card or customer code, Star Points are credited automatically with the payment. If, for any reason, the outlet is temporarily unable to credit the Star Points, the manager will issue the participant with a receipt for the points earned in that single purchase. This receipt entitles the participant to subsequently request, at that same outlet only, the crediting of those points.
5.4 Participants are entitled, when the relevant conditions are met, to the following bonuses:
a) Welcome bonus: 50 Star Points, awarded upon joining the StarQ8 Programme.
b) App login bonus: 50 Star Points, awarded upon the first login to the Q8 App.
5.5 Kupit reserves the right to offer participants additional opportunities to accumulate or multiply Star Points during the StarQ8 Programme, including in exchange for one or more minimum refuels/purchases. Such initiatives will be communicated to participants.
5.6 The participant acknowledges and accepts that the points balance on StarQ8 cards or customer codes that have had no point-earning activity for 24 consecutive months will be reset to zero.
5.7 Kupit reserves the right to carry out all checks it deems appropriate on the correct use of the ClubQ8 card or customer code within the StarQ8 Programme, and to verify the accuracy of Star Points credited based on products purchased. Use of StarQ8 cards or customer codes, equipment, and point-loading procedures in a manner not compliant with these regulations, as well as any anomalous transactions, shall entitle Kupit to block, without prior notice, the cards and their associated functions, as well as the delivery of any prizes requested through them.
"Anomalous transactions" means excessive and unjustified transactions and/or movements, inconsistent with the conditions set out in these regulations, with the information provided at registration, or with standard consumption patterns. Participants may check, via POS terminals at outlets with the assistance of the manager, whether their ClubQ8 card or customer code has been blocked.
5.8 Kupit shall not be liable for improper or unlawful conduct by service station managers in connection with the StarQ8 Programme that may have caused harm to a participant. Participants are therefore responsible for verifying the correct crediting/use of Star Points following each purchase or refuel.
5.9 Participants may reach or maintain "Privilege" status by accumulating 4,000 qualifying Star Points by 30/09/2026. Privilege status, which grants access to exclusive benefits and initiatives, will be visible in the reserved area of Q8.it or on the ClubQ8 App. Qualifying points accumulated can be viewed on the receipt issued by the manager at each POS transaction and in the reserved area of Q8.it. The Star Points that qualify towards Privilege status are:
Kupit also reserves the right to offer participants additional opportunities to accumulate qualifying Star Points, including in exchange for one or more minimum refuels. Kupit may assign bonus points and/or fuel discounts for electric charging transactions and/or minimum purchases and/or specific product purchases at SVOLTA shops. Such opportunities will be duly communicated to participants.
The following do not qualify towards Privilege status:
Once the required points threshold for Privilege status is reached, the participant will receive a communication from Q8. The achievement of Privilege status will also be printed on the POS transaction receipt when the threshold is reached.

ART. 6 - PRIZES
6.1 Kupit plans to distribute prizes with a total indicative value of €16,600,000, subject to any adjustment at the end of the promotion.
6.2 The prizes participating in the StarQ8 Programme ("Prizes") are listed in Annex B to these regulations. The catalogue may be subject to updates. Some prizes require a monetary contribution.
6.3 Prizes in the 2024–2025 catalogue may be requested from 01/10/2024. The availability period of individual prizes is shown in the PRIZES table in Annex B.
6.4 Prizes are distributed for promotional purposes only and exclusively in accordance with these regulations. Prizes may not be sold separately or transferred other than as set out herein. Any transaction involving the goods covered by these regulations outside the promotional campaign constitutes a violation of tax regulations. Kupit reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages caused by unlawful conduct by the parties involved.
6.5 Kupit shall not be liable for the updating, replacement, unavailability, or discontinuation of any prize by the manufacturer. If a prize has been modified, updated, or is no longer available or produced/marketed at the time of the order, Kupit reserves the right either to refund the participant's Star Points and any monetary contribution, or to deliver a prize of the same type and equivalent market value. In such cases, the participant may not claim delivery of the originally catalogued prize in its original form, brand, or model.
6.6 In the event of malfunction, defects, or non-conformity of prizes, the participant may, within 30 days of receiving the prize, contact the Q8 call centre on 800.01.08.08 or at clientistar@Q8.it to initiate the return process, providing the order number and their personal details: name and surname, ClubQ8 code number, tax code, telephone number provided at registration, IBAN and home address (for any contribution refund). In case of return, the participant will receive a refund of any monetary contribution by bank transfer and a re-credit of Star Points within 21 days of the prize being returned. After 30 days, the customer must contact the manufacturer's service centre directly for replacement or repair. For anything not expressly covered by these regulations, reference is made to Legislative Decree No. 24 of 2 February 2002.
Prize bookings, requests, collections, voucher conversions, point exchanges, and point transfers are not available at Q8 easy stations.

ART. 7 - FUEL DISCOUNT VOUCHERS AND THE CONVERT & RECHARGE OPTION
7.1 Participants may request, pursuant to Law 496/1999, fuel discount vouchers ("Voucher" or "Vouchers") in lieu of prizes for which no monetary contribution is required. In this case, participants are entitled to a discount equal to the unit direct cost of the chosen prize. The unit direct cost of prizes that may be converted into Vouchers is indicated in Annex B.
7.2 Vouchers may be requested via the app or at participating outlets. For POS transactions, the participant must enter the code of the chosen prize on the POS and select the "discount" option. The corresponding Star Points will be automatically deducted from the balance on the customer code or ClubQ8 card. Star Points can also be converted via the ClubQ8 App using the "Convert Star Points to credit" function, choosing how many points to convert, or by clicking RECHARGE from the app home screen and selecting Star Points.
7.3 The Voucher must be used immediately upon the POS request and for a single refuel. Fuel dispensed using a fuel Voucher does not earn Star Points.
7.4 Participants may request up to 4 (four) Vouchers per day, for a value not exceeding 27,000 (twenty-seven thousand) Star Points per month.
7.5 Participants who convert Star Points into Vouchers under Art. 7.1 may use the Convert & Recharge option. This option, valid until 30/09/2026, grants participants who simultaneously request a fuel Voucher and top up their ClubQ8 card or customer code wallet by €100 or €200 an additional amount credited to their Electronic Wallet (as per Art. 4 of the ClubQ8 General Terms and Conditions), as set out in the following scale:

ART. 8 - STAR POINT TRANSFERS
8.1 Star Points collected by a participant may be transferred to a ClubQ8 card or customer code held by another person, subject to the following limits: (i) points may only be transferred to a card or code with the same profile as the transferring participant (Driver or Haulier); (ii) transfers may only be made between 01/10/2024 and 30/09/2026; (iii) no more than two (2) transfer transactions may be carried out during this period; (iv) the total value of all transfers may not exceed 5,000 Star Points.
8.2 Point transfer transactions may be carried out by participants at POS terminals at participating outlets. To carry out such a transaction, the participant must present their health insurance card (tessera sanitaria) so that Kupit can verify the identity of the ClubQ8 cardholder or customer code holder requesting the transfer.

ART. 9 – REQUESTING PRIZES
9.1 Participants may request/book prizes:
(i) at participating outlets, in which case the prize request is made by the outlet manager via POS; (ii) via the ClubQ8 website or App, in which case the participant must log into their reserved area and follow the instructions for the type of prize being requested.
Prize bookings, requests, collections, voucher conversions, point exchanges, and point transfers are not available at Q8 easy stations.
9.2 The Star Points corresponding to the requested prize will be deducted from the customer code or ClubQ8 card balance at the time of the request.

ART. 10 - PRIZE DELIVERY
10.1 Catalogue prizes will be available upon booking and delivered to the address provided at the time of booking. Delivery is not available to areas with postal codes 22020, 22060, 23041, and 23030. In accordance with Presidential Decree 430/2001, no complaints may be raised against Kupit regarding the method or timing of prize delivery, provided delivery takes place within 180 calendar days of the booking date. The participant will be notified of the booking confirmation and prize delivery by SMS sent to the mobile number provided upon ClubQ8 registration. Where a monetary contribution is required, the participant must pay by credit or debit card at the time of prize booking. As required by applicable tax regulations, an electronic invoice will be issued for the contribution paid.
Some prizes must be collected from partner companies' websites using the code shown on the receipt issued by the POS at the time of the prize request at the outlet, or in the prize request confirmation email. Any monetary contribution will be paid by the participant at the outlet or through the partner company's website where the prize will be collected.

ART. 11 - LOSS, THEFT, OR MALFUNCTION OF THE CLUBQ8 CODE
In case of loss, theft, or malfunction of the ClubQ8 card or customer identification code, the participant must block the card or code as described in Art. 7 of the ClubQ8 General Terms and Conditions. If the participant wishes to recover previously earned Star Points, they must request a new ClubQ8 card or new customer identification number as described in the aforementioned Art. 7.

ART. 12 – ENDING PARTICIPATION IN THE STARQ8 PROGRAMME
12.1 Participants may end their participation in the StarQ8 Programme at any time by accessing the reserved area of Q8.it.
It is understood that, unless otherwise requested by the participant, withdrawal from the StarQ8 Programme does not constitute withdrawal from ClubQ8.
12.2 Upon ending participation in the StarQ8 Programme, it will no longer be possible to take part in the promotional campaign or use any accumulated points or fuel voucher conversions present in the wallet at the date of withdrawal.

ART. 13 – AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS
Kupit reserves the right to modify, at any time, the content of these regulations in whole or in part, ensuring that any amendments do not prejudice rights already acquired by participants, in accordance with Art. 10(4) of Presidential Decree 430 of 26/10/2001. Should it become necessary to amend these regulations, participants will be informed through the same channels or equivalent means by which they were notified of the original regulations.

ART. 14 – PERSONAL DATA
Participants' personal data will be processed by Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A., as independent data controller, in the manner and terms described in the personal data processing notice provided to participants upon ClubQ8 registration.
