Once the CartissimaQ8 contract is finalized, we will send you an email with the link to register on CartissimaWeb. This is only possible for Executive customers, who can not only view the PINs associated with their cards and drivers but also modify them at any time, choosing between one-time use PINs and customized PINs.

You can request electronic invoicing or a copy of the paper invoice by sending an email to CartissimaQ8 Customer Service at flotte@q8.it. Alternatively, you can do it through the Q8 portal by entering the details of the collected receipts.

If your plan allows, you can replace your CartissimaQ8 card directly from the Private Area by selecting and blocking the existing card, and choosing the reissue option. Alternatively, you can always send a request to flotte@q8.it.

Yes, if you personalized the card with an identifier (such as a name or label) during the request process, you can change the license plate without needing to replace the card itself.

What can I do if my CartissimaQ8 card isn't working?
You can contact Customer Service by emailing flotte@q8.it or calling 800 01 08 08. Additionally, you can block your card by specifying the reason for the block, and request a replacement through the CartissimaWeb portal.

How do I unlock my CartissimaQ8 if I entered the wrong PIN?
If you enter the wrong PIN three consecutive times, your CartissimaQ8 will be locked for one hour. After an hour, the card will automatically unlock, and you will be able to make transactions again.
After the ninth incorrect entry (i.e., 9 attempts), your card will be permanently blocked, and you will need to request a new CartissimaQ8.

If your plan allows, you can request additional CartissimaQ8 cards in the Cards section of the Private Area.

I would like to grant access to the CartissimaWeb portal to one of my employees. How can I do that?
Administrator: This account has the same permissions as the main one and can access all features available under the subscribed plan
Profiled: This is an administrative account to which you can assign specific functionalities (this account cannot access the App)
Driver: This account is dedicated to your drivers. You can assign up to 20 cards to it, which the driver can monitor and use for digital payments via both the App and the web

Do different contracts are required for RecardQ8 Business and RecardQ8 Coupon?
No, upon signing the contract, a customer account will be created that allows you to request both cards and allocate credit to the requested cards.

How many RecardQ8 cards can I request?
With a customer account balance of €100.00, the number of RecardQ8 Business cards that can be requested will be 5 (100/20).
With a customer account balance of €100.00, the number of RecardQ8 Coupon cards that can be requested will be 2 (100/50).
The number of cards that can be requested is determined by the ratio between the credit available in the account and the minimum allocation limit set for each type of card (€20 for RecardQ8 Business and €50 for RecardQ8 Coupon).

How long does it take for the credit to become available after a top-up operation?
In the case of topping up RecardQ8 with a credit card, the operation is instantaneous. For deposits made via bank transfer, the amount will be credited only upon confirmation of the successful transfer within the timeframes set by the bank (known as technical delay), which Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A. has no control over.
