We inform you that the personal data you provide with your application request will be used by Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A., with its registered office at Via dell'Oceano Indiano 13, Rome (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as the Data Controller, exclusively for the purpose of carrying out preliminary activities to finalize the contract for the issuance and use of Cartissima Q8. Together with the General Terms and Conditions of the contract, you will be provided with additional information regarding the processing of personal data. If the contract is not finalized, your personal data will not be subject to further processing and will be deleted. We inform you that the Company may engage third parties to carry out activities related to the management of your application for Cartissima Q8. These third parties will process your personal data as Data Processors. The list of Data Processors can be requested from the Company by writing to flotte.privacy@q8.it.

We inform you that your data may be transferred outside the European Union by service providers engaged by the Company for activities related to the finalization of the contract. Such data transfer has been regulated with service providers by means of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission in decision 2010/87/EU and any subsequent amendments, or alternatively, based on an adequacy decision by the Commission, on the basis of binding corporate rules, and/or any other mechanism allowed under applicable legislation. You may obtain information about where your data has been transferred and a copy of such data by writing to flotte.privacy@q8.it.

We also inform you that, in accordance with the current regulations, you have the following rights:

• to request and obtain information regarding the existence of your personal data held by the Company and the data processing carried out by the Company, as well as to gain access to such data;
• to request and obtain receipt of the personal data you have provided to the Company in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, which is processed by automated means; you may also request the transfer of such data to another data controller;
• to request and obtain the modification and/or correction of your personal data;
• to request and obtain the deletion and/or restriction of the processing of your personal data when such data or information is not necessary—or is no longer necessary—for the aforementioned purposes.
