


Dispensing failure and refund code
If you encounter problems with a Q8 distributor, this section provides all the information on refunds in the case of non-disbursement.
Have you had a missed disbursement?
Check the redemption code on the receipt

15 digits code
If the code is 15 digits long, go to one of the authorized Q8 stations and redeem your credit by either providing the code to the attendant or entering it at the terminal.

13 digits code
If the code is 13 digits long, go to the Q8 station that issued the receipt and redeem your credit by either providing the code to the attendant or entering it at the terminal.
Did you not receive a receipt following a missed delivery?
Select the Q8 station where the non-delivery occurred by clicking here.

Fill out the form
If the Q8 Station is enabled, you will be redirected to the digital refund request form.

Go to the Service Station
If it is not enabled, you will have to go to the same Q8 Service Station and recover your credit with the support of the operator.
Are you having trouble with your redemption code?
