Collecting Star Points has never been so easy!
Did you know that you can also accumulate Star Points at Q8easy stations through the ClubQ8 App, CardQ8, or by paying for your refueling with cash, a bank card, CartissimaQ8, and RecardQ8?
Star Points Collection Q8 at self-service dispensers
Collecting Star Points is simple and advantageous! To earn them, just visit one of our Q8easy stations participating in the loyalty program. You can accumulate Star Points** in various ways depending on the payment method: ClubQ8 App, CardQ8, and through cash, bank card, CartissimaQ8, or RecardQ8.
How to collect points through the ClubQ8 App
1.
Click on the PAY icon.
2.
Indicate the amount and choose the validity period of the code.
3.
Obtain the payment code and enter it into the acceptor.

Select the pump and proceed with refueling.
*Now, with the Pump Unlock mode, you can select your preferred column directly from the App and refuel.
**Point loading is automatic as part of the payment code that contains your user identification.
How to collect points through CardQ8
1.
Insert your CardQ8/Card Privilege into the acceptor.
2.
Click on the monitor button “Use it to pay and accumulate points”.
3.
Enter your CardQ8/Card Privilege pin code.
4.
Select the pump and refuel.
Points loading is automatic.
How to collect points by paying with cash, bank card, CartissimaQ8, or RecardQ8
To receive points, you have two options:
If you have a CardQ8
If you have a CardQ8, insert it into the acceptor and click on the monitor “Use it to accumulate points”.
If you have the ClubQ8 customer code
If you have the ClubQ8 customer code, click on the “ClubQ8 code” button, enter your 8-digit customer code found on the ClubQ8 App or your CardQ8, and once identified, select the pump and refuel*..
Points loading is automatic.
*In the case of partial dispensing, you will receive a refund code on the receipt or in the reserved area.
