Rome, December 23, 2020 - Kuwait Petroleum Italia (Q8) continues its commitment to making the customer experience even more interactive and engaging. The new branding project is called “Svolta”, an innovative concept store, which after its first two openings in Florence and Rome, plans to open 30 more locations in 2021.
The new retail chain is designed to meet the needs of those who, during their journey, need a break and are looking for a modern, welcoming, pleasant, and smart space where they can enjoy a good coffee and recharge. But "Svolta" offers even more: inside, customers can find a wide range of takeaway food & beverages, products dedicated to car and motorcycle care, as well as items for travel, home, and pets.
Digitalization and sustainability are key features of this new concept store: customers have access to tablets offering useful and innovative services related to the Q8 ecosystem and partner offers. Additionally, the store’s furnishings incorporate sustainable materials such as eco-friendly conclad, ecological poplar chipboard produced in Italy, and 100% recyclable PVC.
"'Svolta' not only refers to the action of stopping at a Q8 service station, but also represents a turning point towards expanding our offering and meeting the needs of our customers on the go," said Gherardo Bisi, Q8's Marketing Director.
