I864 regarding biofuel costs, Q8 wishes to express its surprise at the outcome of the proceedings, certain that its actions have always been in full compliance with current regulations, including competition and consumer protection  regulations, as well as the highest standards of business ethics. Fully aware that we have not engaged in any anti-competitive conduct, we will carefully assess the grounds of the measure and take the appropriate steps, including filing an appeal before the Regional Administrative Court.
