We inform you that the personal data you provide with your request for membership will be used by Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A., with its registered office at Via dell'Oceano Indiano 13, Rome (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), as the Data Controller exclusively for carrying out preliminary activities to finalize the contract for the granting and use of Cartissima Q8. Along with the delivery of the General Contract Terms, you will receive additional information regarding the processing of personal data. In the event that the contract is not finalized, your personal data will not be subject to any further processing and will be deleted.

We inform you that the Company may use third parties to carry out activities related to managing your Cartissima Q8 membership request. These parties will process your personal data as Data Processors. The list of Data Processors can be requested from the Company by writing to flotte.privacy@q8.it.

We inform you that your data may be transferred outside the European Union by service providers used by the Company for activities related to finalizing the contract. This data transfer is regulated with the service providers through the use of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission under decision 2010/87/EU and any subsequent amendments or, alternatively, based on an adequacy decision by the Commission, binding corporate rules, and/or any other instrument allowed by the applicable legislation. You can obtain information on where your data has been transferred and request a copy of the data by writing to flotte.privacy@q8.it.

We also inform you that, in accordance with current regulations, you have the following rights:

• Request and obtain information regarding the existence of your personal data held by the Company and how the Company processes such data, as well as access to the data.
• Request and obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, if processed by automated means; you may also request the transfer of such data to another data controller.
• Request and obtain the modification and/or correction of your personal data.
• Request and obtain the deletion and/or restriction of the processing of your personal data if the data or information is unnecessary, or no longer necessary, for the purposes described above.

These requests can be addressed to the Company through the website  https://www.q8.it/, by accessing the Privacy section, or through other channels the Company may make available.
